Armor is taking a significant step forward by investing in organic photovoltaic cell technology, in partnership with a French consortium comprising: CEA-INES (French Atomic Energy and Alternative Energies Commission – French National Institute of Solar Energy), Amcor, Plasto and the Université de Bordeaux 1, represented by the LCPO (Laboratory of Organic Polymer Chemistry).

Armor has chosen to invest in renewable energies, starting with thin-film organic photovoltaic technology. Ultimately, the group seeks to position itself as a vital European actor on this sector, making this activity a third core activity for the group.
